SMS Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on any form on this website, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Great Minds at the number provided. These messages may include promotional offers, rental availability and booking information, program announcements, and job opportunities.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or service: Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry, apply for a position, or use any of our services.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: Message & data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.

Delivery: We cannot guarantee that messages will be delivered, as delivery depends on your carrier and device. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control.

Changes: We may modify or discontinue our SMS program at any time without notice.
